Refund Policy — Hair On Hair
At Hair On Hair, we value your trust and are happy to offer returns & exchanges under specific conditions. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a request. If your order meets the criteria, we will gladly assist you.
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.
 - Products must be returned in the same condition as shipped.
 - Sale/discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
 - A valid reason must be provided for any return/exchange.
 - Items purchased through pop-ups or studio trials are not eligible.
 - Products that have been colored, chemically treated, styled, or damaged post-purchase cannot be returned/exchanged.
 - Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
 
2. Return Process
Initiate Request
Log in to your account on www.haironhair.com and select the product you want to return. Share the reason for return and upload a clear picture.
Approval
Our team will review your request. If eligible, we’ll approve and arrange a reverse pickup.
Quality Check (QC)
Once we receive the product, it will undergo QC. If approved, a store credit will be issued after deductions.
3. Important Instructions
- The product must be returned in its original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, uncolored, and unstyled).
 - For curly/wavy hair products, ensure they are not brushed or detangled before return.
 - Please record a video of the unboxing (before breaking the courier seal) to claim return/exchange in case of damage or missing items. Without valid video proof, such requests will not be accepted.
 - Mention your order number and contact number clearly on the return package.
 - A deduction of INR 200 will apply to cover logistics and handling costs.
 
4. Refunds & Store Credit
- Refunds are issued only as store credit.
 - Store credit will be shared via email after deducting INR 200.
 - Store credit can be redeemed for future purchases or gifted to someone else.
 
5. Additional Notes
During festivals, sales, bad weather, natural calamities, political disruptions, or curfews, deliveries may get delayed. Such delays do not qualify as a valid reason for cancellation or refund.
