At Hair On Hair, we want you to feel confident and happy with your purchase. We do accept returns and exchanges under specific conditions. Please review the policy below before placing a request. If your return/exchange request qualifies, our team will be glad to assist you.
1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
- You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
- Sale / discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- A valid reason must be provided while placing a return/exchange request.
- Products purchased during pop-up events or studio trials are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Items that have been coloured, cut, styled, chemically processed, or damaged after purchase will not be accepted.
- Customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
1. Submit Request
Log in to your account on our website and select the item you wish to return. Provide a reason and upload a clear photograph.
2. Approval
Our support team will review your request. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
3. Quality Check
After the product reaches us, it will undergo a quality inspection. If it passes QC, store credit will be issued to you.
Note: Store credit will be provided after deducting ₹250 towards logistics and handling.
3. Important Guidelines
- The product must be in unused, unaltered, and original condition.
- We cannot accept returns for items that have been:
- Washed
- Cut
- Dyed / Colored
- Chemically treated
- Styled using heat or brushed (for curly/wavy textures)
- Please ensure you record an unboxing video before opening the parcel, clearly showing:
- Outer package condition
- Product inside
- Any damage or missing items
- Returns for damaged/defective items MUST include valid unboxing video proof.
- While returning, make sure your order number and contact details are clearly labeled on the package.
- A ₹250 handling fee applies to all returns/exchanges to cover shipping and repackaging.
4. Refunds & Store Credit
- All approved refunds are issued as store credit, redeemable on our website.
- Store credit will be shared with you via email and can be used towards future purchases or gifting.
5. Shipping Delays
During festivals, sales events, bad weather, natural disruptions, or other unforeseen situations, delivery may be delayed. Such delays do not qualify for cancellation or refunds. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
